Zumba Gold: Build your aerobic strength through a fun, low-impact dance workout.

Mondays  5-6pm

Zumba Gold Toning: Through dynamic lightweight resistance training and dance moves, this class helps participants build muscle strength, increase bone density and improve mobility, posture and coordination. Weights are provided by the instructor.

Silver Sneakers

For the young at heart, The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is an innovative health, exercise and wellness program helping older adults live healthy, active lifestyles. Our SilverSneakers program provides Group Fitness classes, activities and socials for seniors through approved insurance providers to include and Humana, Aetna, some AARP programs.  Call your insurance company to see if yours covers Silver Sneakers.

SilverSneakers™  Circuit

A great compliment to the SilverSneakers Classic class. This class incorporates a great cardio workout with limited use of the chair. It is a standing class only with chair for support & to sit for final stretch & relaxation. Interval cardio and strength. Will teach multi-levels so everyone is free work at their own pace and stay within their personal limits.

SilverSneakers™ Classic (Muscular Strength & Range of Movement)

Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, range of motion, agility, balance and coordination.  All fitness levels are welcome. Each class uses 3 tools: hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a 6-8inch inflated ball.   Chairs are available and used for seated and/or standing support. Modifications are communicated as well as encouragement as you progress in strength.
