Boot Camp with Garey:  A Physical Training program designed for to increase your fitness level through a variety of intense interval training exercises including pushups, sit ups & box jumps.  An intense explosive body weight routine. Increase strength & cardiovascular endurance & lose body fast while working at your own pace. Have Fun, Make Friends, Get Fit. For ALL fitness levels!

Tabata with Garey: Hight intensity interval training with short recovery periods. Tabata is 20seconds of ultra-intense exercise followed by 10sec of rest repeated for 4minutes. After  a one minutes of recovery, this 4min process is repeated for 8rounds.

$5 per class or $30 monthly
